    Zoama,
Can you attach that in high-res? They need to be able to read the number under the barcode.

I fixed it in the previous post. The forum compressed my first one. I print a bunch of these and hand them out when I go to HF.

I see I'll have to jump on this deal soon! I'm surprised it took HF this long to produce their version of the SH welding table! Thanks for the info (and the coupon).

Thanks all for the reviews here. I picked up one of these HF tables and I'm pleased with how solid it is, and compact when it's stowed.

I just added a bunch of fresh coupons to the HF thread. http://forums.everlastgenerators.com...coupon?p=51958

    Thumbs up

Just in case anyone is looking to get one of these, here is a nice coupon, that brings it down to a reasonable level.

I have the Strong Hand Nomad table. Got it from Eastwood on sale. Free Ship. I find its better than welding on the floor. Or on top of the table saw. I also use it when I am painting small items.

If you read this review, you can see that the HF is a virtual carbon copy of the Stronghand. (I have both) For less than half the price, it's pretty much a no-brainer.

I saw it Friday, might go for one at that price. So they are twins pretty much? I think it was on sale here, so I can drop a 25% off on it too.

I read a review somewhere, Guy said the HF was a lighter gauge steel.

That would not surprise me. But I can stiffen it up if needed. I figure it will be worn out in 3-4 months anyway.

I have not had much luck with HF coupon stacking, but for sure when it is on sale add a 25% one and got mine for $45 So for the price of a Stronghand you could get two or even three of these.

Nope, read the review in this thread, complete with micrometer shots and weights.

All materials are within a few thou of each other, some thicker on one, and some the other. The only big thing different is the height adjustment or lack thereof. A very easy mod, if you even need it.

Yea it was on sale here, this last weekend. So I would drop 25% on that. Great price.

    So, What is the Verdict??

I've got one and I like it. For the price (using a coupon) I'm satisfied. The only nit and I think it applies to the Nomad too is the cheap plastic cap feet. I busted one in an instant after a CRS coupon dropped on it. Blowed up real good. Plastic shards everywhere. I'm going to replace the feet with rubber caps that you would use on furniture legs and see how that holds up or I might wrap the pipe with some .25" EPDM scrap.
