So my Amazon order was cancelled because the "In Stock" status is simply not true. My emails to Oleg had very specific questions about this unit, i.e., when did they ship, when are they due, how many shipped? None of which he answered in his reply. I got a call from Alex yesterday, probably at Oleg's urging, and he's still quoting 2 weeks on this unit. That's what he was quoting me a week ago.
It's too bad they feel they have to con people out of their money by giving them this "2 weeks" nonsense. They call it a pre-sale, and it is, but it's being made under false terms given to the buying party. The Amazon thing is just a total lie and it's still showing as "In Stock". Alex told me yesterday he'd bring it to the attention of their Amazon guy. Probably just more BS.
My attempts to acquire credible information from this company have been an abject failure. As good as their product is, I'm starting to have serious reservations about doing anymore business with them. If they would just be honest about the delivery, then that would be different. If it's going to take a month, then just say so.
Taking people's money under false pretenses is not good for business.
