On/off switch issues

I have a250EX which has an issue. Sometimes when I turn it off, it continues to run. I have to flip switch repeatedly to get it to turn off.

My 210 has an automatic delay for the fan shutdown (~10 seconds) to allow for a 'cooldown period'. I suspect you're seeing the same thing with your 250EX.
