I found the same thing. I had lincoln s6 wire then when I ran out I got a roll of Radnor. The Radnor is smoother than the lincoln and I also could not get the lincoln wire to go into spray transfer either. I have not tried the Radnor in spray transfer yet and it might be a while before I do. I had a job at a saw mill and used up a 44 lb spool on one job and am closing up my business until next May. So far I like the Radnor better tban the lincoln wire. A wire lubricator helps a lot if you run a lot of wire.
