Kawasaki has used various colors of greens over the years, so it's better to stick with the RAL color. There's a shade or two that's close, but not an exact match as well. I think 6038 and 6017 are fairly close. I'd say 6017 is older Kawasaki green.

For Small parts, the $49 Harbor Freight Powder Coat gun, and old toaster oven (Do not use the Mrs' Ktchen oven, you will not survive the experience).

I REALLY like using powder coat for the durability. For Larger parts, you can usually find an old single wall oven at the salvage center, dump, or on Craigslist, that people throw out when remodeling. Can be wired to a L50 plug and just placed under or on a workbench, lougged into the welding outlet.
