Help! 250 ex amp drop

Bought a 250 ex last June worked great until tday when the amps dropped down to 9 I was tacking up some legs on a table when it started hassling me. If anyone has an idea that would be great I have a few big jobs coming and they need to be tig welded, called support but no call back yet.

Check the plug side of it and make sure the wires are tight first. Then make sure you have it in 2T and the start amps/end amps and up/down slope turned fully left. Also cross check operation with torch switch.

All set it was the foot pedal will get ahold of Ray today thank you for the response
