My guess is that you have a HF leak inside the torch cable, probably near the switch. I would look for where that is and insulate it. It can't be good for the welder to get HF leakage into the control circuits. I'm surprised that is hasn't caused a problem. Must be built pretty tough.
Problem fixed take out all the pins that are not used the factory torch dose not have them that comes with the machine little heat shrink now know more arcing.
