    Default New 4' x 6' Welding Table

    Top plate: 3/8th"

    Legs: 2.5" square 3/16th" wall

Longer side rails: 2" square 1/8th" wall

Short side rails: 2.5" square 3/16th" wall

Gussets: 16 gauge (The gussets are really just for cosmetic reasons. This was plenty strong enough without them.)

Leveling feet: 3/4" threaded rod, 3/16th plate for the mounting brackets, 3/4" square 16 gauge wall for the "T" handle

Casters: HF 5" 300lbs (If they don't hold up I'll replace them. I didn't want to spend big dollars on casters if I didn't have to.)

Handles/Clamp Rail: 3/16th plate for the brackets and 3/4" square tube 16 gauge wall for the rail.

I still need to put a handle on the other side and cut and weld the other 4 gussets tomorrow. I may paint the frame too.
