I like the fact that Jody takes the time to explain things about welding which the average person wouldn't think of asking in the first place. I also like how he admits that sometimes you have to do things the "wrong way" in order to get the job done.
There are so many people in the welding industry that will tell you to follow "the book" when welding, but sometimes that isn't possible. Especially when doing repair work that requires you to get into a tight area (like a "nook" or "cranny").
I couldn't believe the negative comments I read on some of Jody's first videos! Some of those people really had it out for him until they realized he actually knew what he was talking about...or maybe they got so disgusted by his video that they quit the World wide interweb altogether!![]()
