CNC plasma gig? CL posting

This ad has appeared on Craig's List at least twice that I've noticed. I don't know what kind of part this is, but the poster is looking for at least 50 of them. It's a small part, 45mm x 18mm x 2mm, and that sure looks like a strip of scotch tape running across the middle in the photo. Is this kind of work too fine / detailed for a CNC plasma cutter? The original part was probably stamped, and that bend made in the process.

I don't know the CL poster, just wondering if one of the CNC guys on the board could make a quick buck.
