Well the cylinder is all done , Finished honing out the cylinder and added a new US Made Polypak seal, Welded the base on with the 185 tig at 165 amps w/309 3/32 rod to get good penetration into the solid base. All back together and it works just fine. Cleaned up and added a little paint.The 304 stainless is a little over kill for material but its stronger than mild steel and i had it here in the steel bin.
