shipping anxiety

Well, good news and bad news (for me anyways). The good news is the welder arrived in it's packaging completely undamaged and looking (and smelling) like brand new. The bad news is I didn't get a foot pedal with this unit. The Ebay auction was supposed to include a free ($119) foot pedal if the "Buy It Now" feature was used (which it was). I emailed the seller through Ebay, so we'll see. Hopefully this is something that can be taken care of without me having to whine, pout, kick, scream, cry, or name-call. Not that I would ever resort to those kinds of things. Hell, for all I know they sent the pedal out as a separate package....Continuing to think positive thoughts!

Don't worry Everlast will take care of you. My plasma came with a broken regulator and they had a replacement out to me in a few days.

Just be glad UPS didn't strike again. LOL

Thank you both, I sent off an email and got a response plus an apology from both Katya and Alex. My pedal is suppose to have shipped today, so no big deal.

I'll hold off on commenting on UPS until my pedal shows up! UPS may be lurking on this forum and reading all of my posts (specifically)! In that case, I'll also refrain from referring to "UPS" as "OOPS." LOL

I got my tracking number from Oleg last night looks like my machine is in route and i shipped out the machine i sold to CA yesterday via Fedex , Might be interesting to see how the delivery time compares with both companies.
My shipment to CA is about 8 hours ahead lets see what happens.

This makes it interesting m My welder is about 12 miles from me and has been there since yesterday afternoon , I was about 600 feet from it Friday picking up parts in Lenexa Ks next to the UPS terminal where it is. Now for the fun part , The welder will be shipped to the UPS terminal in Kansas City Kansas right next to the Kansas Missouri border,Sometime this weekend if everything goes as planned it will be sorted and scheduled to be delivered 35 miles west to my home sometime Monday.

Just checked my tracking number and the package is about 60 miles from me at a terminal, from there it will go to another terminal and get delivered Monday.

The package i sent to CA Tuesday via Fedex arrived to the buyer on Friday, sounds like everything made it OK.
