Hi all.
I once promised Winky upload pictures of motorcycles that I'm building,it's time to keep the promise, this is my first bike.

Can you give us idea on the scale? Great work as you always do. Mono shock huh. I like the bearings for spokes too. Very cook and nice details. What tools to shape things, like fenders and tank. I would sell them if I were you...

I was just thinking the other day how long it has been since you've posted something, then you show up with this beauty. Amazing! I can see most of the parts you built it with, what did you use for the gas tank?

Mike, as far as scale, the mufflers are deepwell sockets, I'm guessing 1/4" drive, but could be wrong. If you can make out the sizes in any of the pics, that would pin it down for sure. The bottom pic looks sort of like 4mm to me.

tank and fenders are made of sheet steel 1-1.2 mm, forming the right curves on the stump, using tools like these
offers to sell have already received, but I yet don't sell,i wait until my son will play enough

After I posted, I caught the sockets and it looks like bolts for the jog and heads. Funny each look the more you see.

Basically scale is size of one meduim size kitty.

I really enjoy sculptures from the scrap heap. Lots of fun to try and identify all the bits and bobs that the artist used.

With all the cool stuff he builds and the homebrew tools he does it with, he is like the metalworking version of Norm Abrams. Need to get a camera crew and start filming "The New Russian Workshop".

A stump and a couple chunks of rebar. The ability to see the usefulness of those materials is as impressive as the artwork that results.

Rebar!! That's what it is! I was looking at his tools, knew they were handmade and was trying to figure out where I've seen those before .... LOL. Amazing artistry.

A saw some old tree stumps sitting on the curb in another neighborhood a while back. Maybe I'll swing by there to see if I can pick something up.

Ditto on the tread. I notice a few more details like hand levers and foot brake as well, nicely done.

Let the guessing begin: I bet the sprocket is from a clock/timer of some sort.

What was the order of the build? frame, swing arm, tubes, wheels, etc? My son want to try one for fun. New to TIG (I have three sons, two TIG). If this makes him want to weld, I will help him.

Sprocket I pulled out of a of a military meteorological instrument (them there was a lot of),
to build as well as if you were building a real bike .
