Myself ... I take a bore brush (like you clean a gun barrel with) and clean my nozzle with it then spray a small amount non-stick on it … I use that stuff sparingly … but it works.

Not a bad idea, I think they are brass. Long as it does not wear it down. Might try that. 4.10 gauge

Yes, they are brass … I use a .357 and a .22 they work real well and since they are brass they don’t damage anything, and they are cheap. The .22 is great for a quick clean up because you don't even need to pull the nozzle apart ... the .357 is good for a deeper cleaning once you pull the nozzle off. One last thing ... best to buy brushes dedicated for this ... probably not a good idea to use ones that have been dipped in Hoppies #9 or gun oil LOL.

Hoppes #9, haven't thought about that stuff in years! I spilled a whole bottle on the carpet when I was a kid, and it was the best air freshener ever!

    .410, .22, .357, I was thinking I'd have to get a .50 cal for a nozzle.

It does have an awesome aroma doesn't it? You think that would give a guy an incetive to clean his guns more often.
Penncrest Buzzbox - Infinite amp control! Man the 70's were good.
Everlast Powerplasma 60 - Reliable unit, cuts well.
Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.
Everlast 250EXT - Sometimes it just takes a kick in the balls...
Everlast 255EXT - Just started playing

I remember when I was in boot camp one guy tried drinking a little to get a section 8 discharge ... didn't work ... the drill instructor told him he had a whole case he could drink ... poor fool ... they PTed him until he almost died.

Golly that is nice! Thank-you so much for sharing with us. Truly an inspiration to me to become more artistic. It looks to me that all of the components were custom made.
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

Never know. Might save on anti-spatter spray.

I'll get back to making some more bikes after the holidays are done ... I thought I had a few things in the Everlast gallery but I just looked and I can't find them ... I probably looked in the wrong place.

Very cool! Last year I only made a few bikes myself and only one was detailed ... I don't remember if I uploaded it or not it's called "Stray Cat" because the cylinders are Caterpillar bolts.
