I'll try to call your office tomorrow, thanks for the speedy reply.
The switch is easy to replace. Check the plug of course first.

Just checked the plug. All wires are connected, still nothing.

Can you check the voltage on both the line side and the load side of the switch ?

if it has a fuse try a new fuse . the fuse can look good but be bad . had a darn generator once that didn't work pulled the fuse looked ok should have checked it with a ohm meter , spent all day messing with and then put in a new fuse and it worked lol man did i feel stupid

I'm not sure if I should take it apart without someone on the phone walking me through it, I really don't want to do any damage to it. As far as checking the load, I do have a multimeter, but am not sure how to do it. As I said earlier, when I plugged my old welder in, it worked fine, so I know there is power to the plug. I'm wondering if there is a fuse in it, and where I would find it? Thanks

It's a super ultra 205, I will go look now for a fuse, but if it's not on the outside, I think I'll wait until tomorrow when I can get a tech on the phone. Thanks for your input.

Found the problem, it was the switch, one side was bad. Duncan is sending me a new one, should be here in a couple days. Thanks everyone for your input. It's always nice to have other's experiences to draw from, also good to know there is support for any other concerns in the future.

Call in for support tomorrow. I'd tell you how to remove the cover and check it, but better to have an Everlast employee "on the phone" rather users on the forum telling you what to do. Get Duncan on the line or bring it in. Or call our tech support.

That makes sense Mike, I just don't want to waste anyone's time if I can help it, this forum is great, to help me with the obvious. I'll call Duncan tomorrow, I'm sure he can figure it out. If I need to, I can bring it in maybe Tuesday if he's not too busy.
