Several years ago I worked for a family owned machine shop. They made their own setup similar to the one above. They used the three bottle set up. It's been a long time ago and I cant remember all the details.

just buy 2 valves and stack them then you end up with 3 inlets and 1 outlet or use a pex manifold with valves
