    please post if you fine I have look for the same thing, also the cutting heigth for torches.

    This is what I have from Hypertherm. From the different charts it seems like the kind of torch has something to do with it, too. Mainly torch height, as their machine torch has a couple of different sets of consumables, shielded (drag), and unshielded. There are charts for aluminum and stainless as well, but again only for low amperage.

    From these speeds I think I would rather use servo drives instead of steppers.
    Long arc, short arc, heliarc and in-the-dark!

    Hypertherm publishes the data in their user manuals, which appears to be where Rambozo got his chart:

    Click on a machine and download the manual for the charts. These are obviously for the specific machine and consumables, but it is at least a start.
