The voltage on the back of the 250EX is 240, By looking through the vent holes, I think the electric motor has one shaft out each side, one turns the pump and the other has a fan bolted on. Again today, it took about a minute before it started pumping and the fan to start turning. I hope its just the switch or something easy to fix.
