According to the spec's you can run 200 amps all day long with the 250 EX,,,taking a break is good for the torch, water cooler and the operator....I see you have an Imig 205 ,,I sure like mine,,,being using the spoolgun on steel recently,,,great machine,,,I should be playing with my 250EX more than I do,,,it's definitely the biggest bang for the buck in a tig machine that can run off of single phase power,,,and the price is right..
