if you go with a 205 mig it's lowest amp setting is 40 amps sorta high for sheet metal . even the 200 lowest setting is 30 amps . that why i kept my smaller lincoln mig since weld thin stuff great still use it for all my exhaust welding since has smaller torch and lead is more flexible - the 205 a little hot for thin stuff . plus nice having the 110 volt with your Hobart for mobile welding .
