i do a variety of work. recently was asked to install these windows in an older retired naval vessel that is used at an area port.
take note of my field plasma cutter for cutting the radii.

A sunroof for an old patrol boat?
I didn't think you could get a nice radius cut with a saw like that. .10” seems thin but maybe the ribs make the top ridged.
PowerPro 205
9" South Bend Lathe
Enco Mill/Drill
Evolution Rage 2
Penncrest Buzzbox - Infinite amp control! Man the 70's were good.
Everlast Powerplasma 60 - Reliable unit, cuts well.
Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.
Everlast 250EXT - Sometimes it just takes a kick in the balls...
Everlast 255EXT - Just started playing
ships moored outside the port frequently have passengers/staff etc that need to be picked up or returned. there is generally a ladder that extends down the side of a ship that they use to debark. if you are inside at the helm, the windows allow you to look up while you are positioning the boat at the base of the ladder. they are a visual aid.
Nice work and I love old naval vessels...
