They will be welded on. I will also be adding a 4th mounting leg, but it is longer than the rest so i have to wait until i get them tacked on to measure for it.

As for bending, i have a TubeTek bender. It works and was cheap, but i would not reccomend one to anyone (not that the owner would answer the phone to sell you one).
