I only have about 2-300 pounds in my tank, but I checked the post flow. The knob wasn't on correctly, not that it makes any difference, but I pulled it off and put to "0". All n all, I think you solved my problem! However, the argon was shutting off just fine, then began to keep flowing the more I tigged. I wouldn't consider what I was doing excess excessive, just little pieces of thin scrap. Wow, Tech just called, and I had played with the post flow just before he called, and it seems to be working just fine for the tig. I'll work with the plasma tomorrow, ( with him on the line would take too long to swapfrom tig to plasma) maybe I overloaded the machine by cutting too much too quickly, like maybe taxed the duty cycle? I thank you!!!!!! and will have tank filled tomorrow and give both the tig and plasma cutter a little workout! I love my little machine and would fear for it to break!
