Even though the rating is for max 1" i have found you can push it a little to go a touch larger than this

Thanks for the Video.

But you might want to edit the video to show the actual cutter. As you have said this was a Cut 50 numerous times on the video and once said it was a PowerUltra, our customers should be aware that it is our PowerPlasma 50 not a run-of-the-mill Chinese cut 50 or even our own SuperCut 50.

Can you post some close ups of the cut so people can see the actual cut marks? The trailing marks of the cut can give people an idea of the ability of the cutter.

Nice video.

Mark's right, you should swing the camera at the unit in the end. Or start. It's a 50 amp Everlast cutter no matter if Super, Power, Ultra or Master.

But they will also see if it was the Ultra, it is also a DC TIG unit and stick welder. A Power Master is AC/DC/pulsed TIG and stick and cutter.

I personally would get a PowerPlasma 70 for the stuff you were cutting. I have no patients like you do. Nice cuts though. I like to go fast when I cut.

Maybe do the next one with 1/4" steel so people can see how fast you can cut that with a 50 amp cutter.

Good demo video. Nice clean work area.

So people know, our pilot arc units will fire a low current arc. How he was able to fire the plasma with no work piece or ground clamp. Great if you have a low shade auto darkening helmet. Or just hate drag starting.

I can do a small video cutting some thin guage metal ( sheetmetal ) it really just slices through it .
Yes they are vey nice machines most of my customers who pop in to pick up a Supercut Mosfet end up taking the Powerplasma. Even today i had a Mac Tool distributor ( they sell a different brand plasma cutter ) come by wanting to get a supercut and he ended up taking a powerplasma 50 with him .
