The bed was treated to a 3 hour session with a wire cup brush on an angle grinder, followed by a rust neutralizing and encapsulating, roll on bedliner. Word of caution, wear a respirator when using this stuff. Luckily I did, but the fumes lingered for hours after which made it difficult to be in and around the garage.
The bed liner has grit mixed in which gives a nice textured finish. It also blends some of the areas which were less than perfect.
