Thread: Everlast 225 LX or Miller syncrowave?

    Thanks. I would only use a generator about every 6 months, so gasoline would have rotted inside any unit. Diesel will keep much longer. (Indefinitely?)

    To reply to your original post, I would buy a new inverter. Warranty and potability being the big reasons.

    Its a hard decision you have on your hands. It really comes down to a big, heavy, inefficient, and bullet proof welder to a small, light, efficient, and not so bullet proof welder. If it were me, I would go for the Everlast because it is not only portable, but can be used on a small breaker and is far Superior when welding aluminum.
