Great post. My Plasma (Power Ultra205)was acting up last night, doing weird things. Pulled it apart and the electrode was loose as was the tip. Just used it and it is back to it's normal great self. The only problem I have had with it other than this issue is that the thing cuts were I aim versus where I want it to cut. Still learning to control.
