tig argon flow rate ?( l/min and/or scfh)

all the rating i see are 15-20 cfh..

my harris regulator came with my lincoln 180c, it has
L/MIN and SCFH and im using it on my argon tank too.

so what should i be at in either L/MIN or SCFH?

i usually tig weld between 4-7 LPM.

The first time I set the flow on the gauge-type regulator that came with my mig, I didn't realize the outer scale was in L/Min and not CFH. I was running 20 L/min for the first few days until I actually looked closely at it.
