I didn't begin to overload a cart with holders for rod,seems to me that cart should to be compact and mobile.
rod holders should hang on a wall (as it has made CGCINC)

I would recommend setting the rear wheels back farther, preferably behind the gas bottle, but at least past the center of gravity of the bottle. And not rely on the weight of the welder to counter the weight of the gas bottle.

Don’t want it popping wheelies.
