Looks good I need to put a little more time into the graph paper before I start cutting. One thing I found is, I wish I would have given myself a little extra room for the shielding gas bottle in case I want to go to a larger bottle, also when I moved to K.C. the place i get my gas primarily stocks a slightly different size bottle than I was getting in CA. I used plumbers tape instead of chain the first time and cut it to exactly the right length for my first bottle so it would look nice and neat. now of course it's a bit short. leave yours long and adjustable to save yourself the double work. You might even want enough room for a second bottle, Jakearu loves his helium for tigging aluminum.

I would recommend setting the rear wheels back farther, preferably behind the gas bottle, but at least past the center of gravity of the bottle. And not rely on the weight of the welder to counter the weight of the gas bottle.

    Don’t want it popping wheelies.

Ray thanks for council, at designing I considered weight of a bottle and by calculations enough half of weight of the PP256.
