I've only had two issues and both were taken care off. I ordered one of the first PowerArc140st's last summer and it had an issue blowing fuses from day one. After a day or two she let go and Everlast sent me another machine with no problems.
The second problem (not Everlast fault) was a plasma torch switch on my Super Cut 50. Everlast sent me a new torch and my problems were taken care of.
Only two issues I have had an was taken care of both times.
