Default Project #1 Ford 9 inch rear end Narrowing Jig

( This need to go in the Nonwelding Projects)This is a project I started and never finished, so here goes.
I started with an old rusted up 9 inch drop out center section, I cant remember where it came from but I know I didnt pay for it. I cut the face off of the case so I could access the inside with is installed in a housing. I'll get more pics as I finish it.

OK, I finally got around to finishing this jig, I wont be able to use it for probably a year being I dont want to tear that far into my car yet. I machined up 2 pucks to replace the gear carrier bearings and 1 for the outer axle bearing. After cutting the housing all thats left to do is install the 1' stainless bar through the pucks and it will align the housing for welding.
