Did you figure out where the leak is yet? The first couple of times I shut the bottle off, I noticed it always held pressure overnight, now it drains down in pretty short order. I just haven't had time to go chasing it down yet.

My Miller holds over night, the 250 EXT holds for about 10-15 min when the gas is shut off. That is not much gas when welding because when the solenoid is opened it will dump the pressure in less than a second. If this were to equate to welding with a pressure drop of 1 second this would be about 2.5 min. of welding time in a 24 hr period at the current rate.
