i havent even got my welder yet, but since the black friday thing happened, i couldnt help myself and bought a power plasma 60. i knew thats the one i wanted, so dealing with alex made it easy. i think by the time he picekd up, to the time i hung up, was not even 5 minutes. super easy to deal with. i cant wait to start playing.

I've had mine for a year, you will LOVE it.
Penncrest Buzzbox - Infinite amp control! Man the 70's were good.
Everlast Powerplasma 60 - Reliable unit, cuts well.
Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.
Everlast 250EXT - Sometimes it just takes a kick in the balls...
Everlast 255EXT - Just started playing

Could you give an example of how long consumables last. Like cutting (material/thickness) at (amps/ pressure) I get (feet/inches) out of a set with the (A81/WSP60) torch.

zoama585; How dry and oil free is your air?
There are some pretty elaborate setups for drying the air used for plasma.
Harbor Freight makes a refrigerated dryer.

Very dry... I have a motorguard M-60 + desiccant... I'm really just looking for other peoples real world results, doing anything they do with their plasma cutter.

Sorry I haven't been paying too much attention to those kinds of specifics. Between the makeshift air dryer and the minimal amount of 1/4 or better that I've cut, I don't think I'd be a very representative case. FWIW though, I did just finish off the starter set that came with it with wildly varying results.
