    I'm going to put some kind of hanger down from the ceiling to take some weight off the cable. Seems that trying to manipulate a tiny arc would be easier without fighting the cable all the time.

    That looks good Z, thanks for the link. Is the quick connect a standard item? Today's the first time in 2 weeks that I'll have time to use my 200DX, I'm making a cover for my truck bed and I have to beat the snow..

    Look on the side of your torch lead connector for the size. Your welder may use a smaller size since it's lower amp.

    Thanks again.. is that connector specific to gas hose, or just like an air hose connector? ArcZone? (guess I'm sounding lazy here, I should look it up.. trying to get out the door..)

    I removed the gas quick coupling from the oem torch that I will never use. Everlast sells them as well. The black CK gas line is 6" long when you get it. I cut it to 18" and pushed the old gas quick connect into it, the applied heatshrink so the cover wouldn't fray.
    Pick the torch and cable length you'd like http://ckworldwide.com/ and I'll help with the part numbers to make sure you get a working combination. We'll need that number from your oem torch dinse connector.
