How did you bend the strips of metal?.. they look so uniform.

I used a scroll attachment for my Harbor freight compact rod bender. I had the bender and the scroll attachment was $39 with coupon.

My 250EX TIG didn't come with any voltage control facility what so ever.

Joking aside, where did you get the 18.5 volts from?

Um this what happens when you breath welding fumes all day, oor it could be I am just old lol
I gave the mig voltage setting I used for attaching the "M" to the scroll work.
