Default Water cooled torch and cooler

I will be receiving a tig 250EX with the water cooled torch and I will be ordering the optional cooler. Question is: do I need to purchase any adapters or additional hose to complete the system or does the cooler come with every thing I need? Do you have any pictures or manuals on the coolers?
    Thanks,
    Wayne

    Wayne,

The coolers are pretty much straight forward. Its likely you will have to cut the cord off to make one fit your local 220 outlet. We are working on resolving the plug in ability of the coolers.

However, we have not as of yet completed a manual for the coolers. Water in Water out. That's basically it. A little RV antifreeze or expensive welding supply store water cooler antifreeze and your good to go. You will need hose clamps. Don't rely upon the included ones to do the job.

Thanks for the reply Mark. Just to be clear: the cooler is 220 vac not 110 vac? I'm not at all concerned with configuring the plug I just assumed the cooler would be 110 vac.

    Wayne,

Our current specification is for 220VAC water cooler. It could change in the future. But for the next gen units, we have some suprises in store that will make hooking up a water cooler to power a snap.

How soon will the next gen units be for sale. I would be willing to wait.

The units will remain 220 as far as our plans go for the immediate future. But what ever changes that will be made will happen most likely for your unit that you receive.
