I meant what size is the cable #4, #6, 1/0 etc. and what size should I use for a 25' run. Does Everlast sell the ends by themselves? If so how much?

If you go #2, that's good for 200 amps at 50 feet. So plenty for 25 feet. Doing the math, You can go #4 at 25 foot, will work fine and save money. Copper is crazy these days. You can pay more for the thinner strands and more flex, but for a return clamp I would not bother. Not talked a TIG torch here.
You will need to call sales to see what's in stock, we normally stock the dinse. The dinse can be found on the internet as well, the clamps, well all over.
If you are making a new return cable assembly complete, I would get a nice clamp myself. You can get a fine clamp for $5-10, no joke. But the solid brass ones are nice, just do not go for the $80 ones. I think tweco is high at $45 myself.

I'd use a good solid brass ground clamp with the #2 or #4 copper ground wire and this place has good prices on the dinse connectors.

#2 or #4 it will be and I was planning on getting a brass clamp. The supplied clamp that came with my PP205 has worked great, no problems.
X83 I have ordered plasma consumables from river-weld before on eBay (3shop-river) and the prices are great. I think it’s the same company.

Yes it's the same place and if you're just ordering on piece it might be cheaper to purchase on fleBay than on the web site.

I will see where has the lowest price as I'm in no hurry. The dinse connectors are the 25 correct?

The number I think changes (Ray and I joked about that quite a while back), but river-weld is the place and same guy. I have ordered consumables from him many times. Prices are great and everything worked. Shipping was not bad either.
Of course always call our sales group first (877-755-9353), but I will vouch for river-welds myself if we do not have the part.
