The wood rack - maybe a couple U frames welded upright for sheet's and maybe some square bar with pieces welded at 90 degrees off of that as shelving for small stuff (2x4's, 2x2's, etc)

The Metal rack - perhaps a similar square tube with rack as above for 3' - 6' material and in front of that perhaps a number of something like a bank of 10" round tubes by 16" long welded upright to organize smaller pieces.

I would like something mobile so I can get them out of the way depending on what I am working on.

Well I can certainly post a picture of what we have. Its a 2000 pound capacity cart. It has casters at the far end, and closest to the handle we have swiveling casters for ease of steering. Tell me if I misunderstood what you are planning.
