attached picture is a project I'm just about finished with. It is a single shaft bead roller. Use for forming sheet metal for all types of projects. This is a departure from the normal type bead roller and is much more flexible. You can put beads on larger and odd shaped metal parts.
This is a combo unit as I will be able to remove the bead roller shaft and install a E wheel in it's place and have a medium size W wheel to use.
And on the back side I have mounts for a shrinker and stretcher with foot pedals to work them.
Great fun building tools and them having them to use. Having a welder and plasma cutter sure make it easy to complete neet projects like this.

    Have fun

    Tom,

The picture is blurred when I look at it or very low resolution. Not sure if it's your picture or my computer.

Looks interesting for sure and I would like to see it. Can you email the picture to me. Click on the username (everlastsupport) in the upper left and you should be able to email it.

I will update your picture on the forum if it is better. But really just want to see your project even though the contest is over.

Save it for the next contest as well.

    Is that your design?

Looks very nice. I like the motor and deep throat on it.

Thanks for posting the second picture.

    Default Bead Roller

Not my design but my Interpretation of it with modifications.
A Canadian by the name of Jim Ballie had pictures of his and I went about building my own. I love flying by the set of my pants (working with out plans) But I am developing plans to be sold.

    Have fun

    Default Bead Roller

    Hi
There are many uses for a bead roller I use it to form sheet metal for street rods. Floor panel, dash, side panel, different covers, and door panel. Attached are some pictures that show what can be done. AS with tools like this the more talented the operator the more things can be done. Sculptors make metal art. ect. A bigger machine means bigger project parts.

    Have fun

Sir, those are things of beauty.

I had a small crank type, junk one and took it back after a couple attempts. It had rollers that would cut as well. But it was very sloppy and cheap.

Very nice work Tom. Your machine is quality, talent seems there too.
