Our order is on the way and left the factory late again.

Whenever we can't get IGBT modules all of our inventory gets delayed . Not much we can do. If we will install different brand of IGBT modules people get upset. They want the Siemens modules from Germany direct. So we had to wait.

Oleg, that statement has served to further reinforce my belief in the Everlast line of products. I know of many companies that would just find a substitute, regardless of the consequences in the quality department. Doing so is like lighting a fuse on a bomb. And
once that bomb goes off, the substitute parts fail, the machines are returned, and not only does the company suffer from the costs involved, but the REPUTATION suffers. Keep up the good work with the reputation.

We've created our own monster in some regards with this IGBT module thing. Though not all our units have the actual modules, the modules are easier to replace, and theoretically more durable. With over 1000 welder factories in China, (according to my sources), they operate like a bunch of lemmings. Whenever they see one successful thing with a welder, they are all out to copy it. The IGBT modules have gotten more expensive and more popular...and in higher demand...
