Have you used the pulse on anything yet??

We use it sometimes. My Dad sets it up for me the welds are a little better. It is not a lot but the welding is smother like 6013 against 7018 but not quite that much. Just smoother with pulse. I like the IMIG200 and it is mine too and it will do all I need. But the 250P is better by a bit.
