Cutting 3"x3"x3/16" Angle

I need to cut some 3"x3"x3/16" mild steel angle this weekend and am looking for setting suggestions. I want to cut the angle in half along the 90 degree bend so I can use the pieces as flat stock to cover the ends (like a v tray). I have a PP205 and was thinking 30a and 60 psi....any other suggestions?

Why not just cut at 50 amps?

So the max amps would be best. I thought that the cut width (kerf?) is wider the higher the amps and there is more dross(?) at the bottom of the cut. I will have to get the cutting speed right also.

I have found that I get cleaner cuts by not using the max amperage if I don't have to. I bet you will get the best cuts with 25-30 amps on 3/16" stock.
