It's a work in progress, but this is what I came up with. 9" sweeps attached to the T frame I made for my hiller/bedder. 1.5" x 3/16" square tube shanks. I thought I was going to have to weld on additional framework for 2 overlapping rows, but figured out that I could just mount them staggered in front of and behind the tool bar. There's a couple things I have to straighten out. First, the two right shanks are too short. Going to have to buy more square tube and make some more. Second, I have the angle at the bottom all screwed up at the moment, They are 40 deg sweeps and I welded the bottom angle at 30 deg intending to get 10 deg down pitch when the frame was level. Turns out that was the wrong direction and to get the down pitch, I should have cut them at 50.

So... it's back to the store for more tube. I also need one more sweep to complete the row. --Ian

Here's a couple... one with just the loader, and one with the carry-all I built for bringing firewood up to the house. --Ian

Kubota makes good stuff, that tractor will last a lifetime, it has all most has the same power as my Kubota minhoe and those diesels of theirs run forever, having 4 wheel drive on that makes it a workhorse, they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. The thing I like about Kubota is they make thier own engines, not just making a product and throwing in some engine from some body else. The other brands use other engines and the good other ones use a Kubota engine.

There's two more things I'd like to get for it.. one is a 48" PTO tiller. I'm saving monthly till I have enough to get that. I'm thinking September-ish. The other is a 12" one-bottom plow. The thing that makes me hesitant on the plow is that the 2660 really doesn't have enough ground clearance to sink the plow to full depth. You end up dragging the axle housing on the edge of the furrow.

I got a little 12HP Bolens lawn tractor that I stuck 3 curved teeth on a home made 3 point to pull ivy and ice plants...but what I wouldn't give for a loader for it. It's just too lightweight

Just to update the thread, here's a little cell phone video of it in action. Still missing the left shovel. Got it out in the shop but haven't put it together yet.

Specs say just over 500lbs. Gets a little tippy with a heavy load without some counterweight on the back.
