hey was thinking yes could do that but just jumper resister for pin 5 and put a 100k resister inline on pin five wire connecting at back of machine and leave 7 alone since has a 100k resister already

I don't really mind going inside the macine to change things, or solder in a different resistor or something, but I want Everlast to tell me exactly what to do, basically so if it doesn't work or fries something it won't void the warranty. I've done plenty of soldering, some on circuit boards, etc, but I just don't want to modify anything without prior consent.

Right, jump out value and add your own. No mod to the machine and the CNC people have the numbers they want.

cant figure why they didn't give more divider voltage choices when making this card. what i like about the card i post from the cad store it also has adjustable pots to fine tune the card

We don't make CNC tables and controllers. Many people use our machines on CNC tables.

Can the CNC people have you take a measurement and tell us what they need changed for their controller? That would help Everlast tell you what to do, rather say Everlast needs to fix this. You need to tell us what the fix? We did not make their controller and do not have one or know nothing about their controller. We make plasma cutters and have certain ratios as in the printout.

I have already said jumper the two R's (on pins 5 and 7) and add what they want if that helps (after 3 posts Rod figured it out too).

Call 877-755-9353 ext 201 (toll free) and get Oleg to OK modding the machine if you are worried and you are golden far as breaking something.

Rod, thank you sir for popping the board out. I would just ohm out pin to resistor.

Ray can you confirm the two resistors he needs to short out? It would take a week for me to get one here.

the board comes out real easy just 2 squeeze clips to remove , I left it out of my plasma to hang on my truck rear view mirror to look cool lol

ID:	6733wow this is such a nice Plasma table like the way its drive motor are set up was thinking of a cnc table with gantry supported by just one side thing it would be easy to design. then would be completely open to load sheets of metal

I would think it would be best to support the gantry on both sides, seems it might be hard to keep tight tolerances otherwise.

ID:	6877I have to machines for machining engine blocks the there over 20 years old and have no play in the single support system the over hang weight on my head resurface machine is like 600 to 800 pounds . think a set up like what a sunnen power stroke honing machine would be a good way to go since has no play and moves really easy

A cantilevered arm would be fine for a plasma setup. After all there are no real loads to speak of. As long as it is rigid enough not to oscillate as it is being moved around. It sounds like a great way to save space. You could just roll up a table under it for cutting and use the table for other purposes when not cutting. Or make a table that breaks down for storage. I really like the idea.
Those CK10's do last forever. Of course having honing oil on everything does help.

If designed right, a single support system will be fine.
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

Making it where it could fold up would be sweet to for floorspace savings. Just seems it would have to be build alot heavier to on;y be supported on one side. I don't feel the gantry being supported on both sides hinders me though, but I haven't gotten to use my table much yet...
