If you are doing body panels, floor pans. I would look at a mid size MIG and a Plasma cutter. We have a new MIG140 coming in (if not already in) that will run 110 and 220 volts AC. That will keep the heat low but allow thicker weld 1/4" range, better with multi-pass. Depending on your budget and amount of cutting a day, a Super Cut 50P or Power Plasma 50. I prefer the Power Plasma 50 IGBT line.
If you are looking at TIG, we have a ITIG185, AC and DC. ITIG 200 is another good choice, just no AC (aluminum). Both are to the point just gets the job done type machines, in other words, not a ton of feature you might not use and great prices.
If you plan on some more advanced projects and aluminum, etc. We also have multi-process units like Power Pro 205, 226 and 256. Here you get a TIG and plasma (and stick) all in one machine. You have to change lines and torches, but it fits the budget, gives a lot of feature and take up less space in your shop.
Best to call in to the sales office and punch in ext 204 or 203 and chat a little for better information.
