Is Tokentools affiliated with Everlast?

No.
We sell in Austrailia...Doesn't make sense to compete with our selves.

Any particular reason for the "similarities" in appearance.

Yes,
They use one of the same factories we do...though appearance is where it stops. Internals are different, and features are much less....and product line is much smaller. We were working with the modernized new panels before they were. They have just "introduced" the look once we began marketing in Australia. But a keen eye will show the difference.
