Thanks Haywire, after I built it I bought a better bender as the bow and arrow type leave small dents on the tubing. I think if I did it over again I would have used some bicycle wheels instead. the harbor freight knobbys are ok, but the larger wheels would roll easier.

To make it OSHA happy, a metal divider should be placed down the center as a "fire wall". Strange how this design worked for years, now it is being said it is unsafe and on a job site OSHA will fine you for having it.

Should they stumble unannounced into my shop they might just find themselves sporting a few extra holes. Now if I know they are coming, ill just chain the bottles to the wall and use the cart as a plant stand till they leave. ;-)
