I spoke to customer service a few minutes ago. They said that some welders went out friday and the rest will go out today. A few minutes later I received my tracking numbers. The helmet will be here tomorrow and the welder label has been created but does not show shipped as of now.

Thanks for the update, and same as I mentioned.

I also called our customer service last week as well. Mark, Ray and myself here in tech support on the tech forum can only relay what we are told. If you have direct questions, that is the thing to do. As I did last week.

Still no update to the tracking number - gave oleg a call and they are all out on the loading dock now waiting for ups to pick them up...

UPDATE: The rest of the units will be picked up today by UPS with in a few hours. They are picking them up in bulk. Just scanning the batch clip. Tracking will be delayed because of that.
So give it GOOD few hours.

Does this include carts and water coolers? They were supposed to be here back in Feb and I still haven't heard or seen anything on them. Thanks!

Great to hear. I have had time to plan several projects for my new plasma cutter and I am getting excited to be able to use it soon.

Same here with lined up projects. I was hoping to get it while it was still cool out as I have much less free time now that the weather is nicer but oh well.
