Dry cut saw mobile work station

I want to share some pictures of a saw stand I built from a design that was shared over on Welding Web. The design works very good, it has a small foot print for storage and expands into a very functional work station.

Amazing, I never thought of working my chopsaw on anything but the floor and always was looking for some scrap to level up the iron to the saw deck, after looking at your setup I'm gonna see if I could adapt my mitre saw stand for the chop saw and get everything to a comfortable work height. DUH. it was right in front of me and I couldn't see it until you posted.

Scooter that is a very nice design. Well thought out and executed. A definite testament to your craftsmanship. My set up has all the refinement of a lumber wagon! Stupidly rugged and unrefined. A 4" channel steel base, 3" pipe stand to a basic angle iron chop saw holder. I support my materials with my two "iron saw horses" that are at the same height as the saws deck when in the stand.

Thanks, but I can not take any credit for the design. A very fine craftsman over on Welding Web shared the design with that forum. I was just one of the many people who copied the design. I just wanted to share the design with this forum. In the past I used two saw horses with a board on them and a roller stand for longer pieces, this is so much better.
